The Hornet Family turned out in record numbers on Thursday, April 12, for the seventh annual Out of the Darkness Campus Walk for suicide prevention. The walk, preceded by a resources fair and deeply moving talks by speakers including Jody Nelsen, wife of President Robert S. Nelsen, and @asi President Mia Kagianas, started at The WELL and made a round trip to the residence halls. (For our story: http://bit.ly/2Hucb3r.) But it was more than just a show of support – Sac State has raised nearly $17,000 so far for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention!
